It is aimed at equipping HR people with the general overview of strategic management framework in relation to HRM. The course fee per participant from Academia / R&D center / Industry is Rs 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only). However, if 3 or more people jointly apply for the course, would get a discount of Rs. 500/- each. Also, there is an early bird discount of Rs. 500/- for those who register for the course by 31st March, 2014. Programme fee includes boarding and lodging at Continuing Education Center (CEC) guest house. Maximum number of seats is 30. It will be allocated on a first cum first serve basis. The course coordinator can be contacted for any query.

The last date of registration : May 1st, 2014.

The course fee should be sent in advance through a bank draft along with the duly filled nomination proforma. The DD should be drawn in favor of "Head, CEC, IIT Roorkee", payable at Roorkee with intimation to the course coordinator.
